Before trying to submit a ticket on the support page, I attempted to log into my account. After typing in the credentials and clicking 'login' the page does not seem to accept request and just acts as if you refreshed the page. I've tried multiple times and it just won't let me log in, so I have to submit a ticket without logging in.

On another note, I have had a suspension (2020) on one of my alternate accounts for about 2 weeks with no reply to my (2) tickets I have sent it. Has anyone been dealing with this issue recently, and have they received any support from Gravity whatsoever?
