Don't he eggs there have 95K + hp? I don't think that's very efficient. I am not sure what the number they flat put the mobs of CoA/AoD after they tried to "scale" it.

I have been cycling through lvl 1 chracters at Poring/flip.  Condors are probably good, but I would assume it would be hard to find a spot with only 10 ch in game now lol

Good, they should patch it. It's really ridiculous how broken this event is. If this is the only way to light a fire under the developer's asses then so be it.

Before they fixt the sandstorm thing, i think farming there was legit, it was 5 lvl range... so GG i still don't know why the patch it.
We have to keep up with -_- on a daily basis with this game and this event has been the only good thing in months lol

the thing that botters me is that they only fix stuff asap when the house is losing, I wish the devs had that dedication to fix "bugs" all the time.

Yeah, this is the first event in a while that I really enjoy and it keeps becoming harder and harder to take part in T^T

I didn't really see Sandstorm mobs as the problem, the problem is how easy it is for ML1 to do. If the jump from 50 to 51 wasn't so damn dramatic, it would be just a normal farming place like goblins or whatever pre-50s are doing. If they could implement a system where ML can't get those boxes from pre 50 content, it wouldn't be as stupid. But devs are lazy and continue to do this +/- 5 level rule for their drops, and they are just as deserving of blame.

I don't think sandstorm mobs are the problem either, I'm averaging 150 - 160 boxes per hour using a Beastmaster on Menace gear. I guess the ones averaging more than 180 boxes per hour are using a +20 spear punched and with a decent power rune... Or doing something else. Still, 250 boxes per hour doesn't seem like too much with the RNG, I'm averaging 5 to 7 Infiniums per stack, and I don't see everyone doing every hour for the 30 days, specially casual/f2p players that are the ones most benefited from an event like this.

Now, If you're running 5 consecutive accounts with a macro and averaging 250 boxes per hour per account, and since you can just set your macro, you aren't missing a single hour or farming, well, then I can see the problem clearly.

But thankfully that isn't the average player, right? So I don't see why the devs would choose to punish their entire playerbase for some... special cases.

i really dont undertand why the idea of farm in fortress is bad or why have to be a bad thing that ML 1 can get more than 150+ 200+ per hour in that place, i was really happy when i saw that i was abble to get 150+ box per hour in that place with my ML 1 priest. why so happy? cause im a F2P player and i saw in this event an opportunity to have zeny easily to buy things that i want or that i need and get infinium to refine my gear without spend large amounts of zeny in the process. of course there are people that do "bad things" to have more but hey you can see ML 20+ in party with level 3 archer killing flips and things like that. 

 

something more if you farm in fortress you can be alone without be a nuisance to others players that are trying to do the same and is not like you're inmortal and you can be there without any risk that mobs hit hard so  you need something to repair your gear and you need some food/ pots well i need that.

 

and agree with this:

Do you want fix the problem forever? Lower the stats, defence and min max damage on desert scorpion and MENACE gears since they are actually really overpowered (MENACE ml1 can't have better stats than desert storm ml11) in this way no one will be able to farm so easily in sandstorm! AND THERE will be a reason to upgrade the equipment desert scorpio > menace > desert storm > joser.

But this is AOV! AOV is fine as is! Since new dungeons are being released! IMO, old players are the one's really having a hard time adjusting to the new RO2 AOV, but look they are already in the bandwagon and without these gears would you be able to farm all that pet solo? Old players would miss the RO2:LOTS and RO experience. But its time to move on. RO2 as is just needs a bit more refinement! Like knights becoming the main knights. Priest becoming main healer. We got what we wished for! A very hard dungeon. Namely Assassin Sanctum, DW Upper, and the likes, or you could stay and become a super novice who's got all the Pre-AOV stuff.

 

 

On that note, I'd like to say RO2 had gotten better. Just needs refinement!
