Today i go in galaxy dungeon (virgo) paladin 51 lvl with my guild friend 81 lvl (monk) and im cry 
on 5 wave appear Hades 75 lvl with 17 million hp ... 
my friend cant kill them cuz they allways fly (cast spells)
i think its bug ... and if you can PLEASE fix it 
but i must w8 1 week for to go again

Hello Niashechko,
we are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the development team already. Unfortunately they are extremely lagging behind at the moment.
So I can't promise you when this issue will be fixed, but I fear this could take a while.

I don't really think that this is enough, unless you have a +20 enchanted weapon. But best is to try out yourself what works at the moment.
I know this bug is really annoying. Sorry, that I can't give you a more satisfying answer.

Did you mention to the producer what I suggested in the previous thread? To make the F6 time-extension items free. It's not an ideal solution but it could be done as a workaround without needing the developers.
I think it's the least WP could do, even though the bug is not their own fault.

We are aware of the Virgo situation and we are not happy with it. I talked to the producer about this and he actually tried to find a solution, but unfortunately they aren't able to do anything regarding this at the moment without involving the development team.
So regarding this bug we have to wait. It seems that it will stay in the game until the development team provide us with a fix, and sadly this could take a while.
And there has something been done. Important security updates have been performed, which took most of the maintenance time.
However, there will be an event beginning at the weekend, so stay tuned.

would it be possible to simply lower the hit box down? that way everyone could reach even if he flies up.

Sadly not possible without involving the dev team.
They have ensured me that they really tried to find a solution, but none has been found which could be done without the dev team.
We know that this situation is very annoying and all we can do is hope that next year will become better.
This issue is not forgotten. Not a single issue is forgotten. All the issues are on a list what has to be fixed prioritized as soon as we can get development resources from Korea.

dunno if this helps, but I find it easier to hit it when you jump on the thing in the middle, it works best for long range and for other melee classes, its best to pull it closer to the middle

The day I play 3 times Ophiuchus dungeon, but 2 times leave because 1 monster hide in the map although I clear all . I don't know what happen?
