Sorry for the late reply.

1. Two ways: Click Menu and find "Refinement" or to find a player shop that has Refinement service set up. More information here: http://forums.warppo...ment-rates-etc/

2. Honing adds extra stats to your Green, Blue, Purple, or Orange gear (not yet released). To do so, you need a Honing Polish (mostly can be purchased from Kafra Ladies and a few other sources) that range between 10%-100%. Access the option through Menu, or from other player shops. 3. These runes can be obtained in the Fallen Fortress & Chaos Dungeon area. Usually for level 50 gear and up. More information here: http://www.playragna...ews/article/141

4. Runes can be crafted by Artisans. They range from +1 to +10 and add that amount to primary stats (ie. STR, AGI). Artisans can make up to +5, and +6 to +10 is obtained by using "Enhancement Elixirs" on +5 runes. Elixirs are found mostly in Kafra Shop and rarely in Pandora Boxes.

5. Use "Infinium" item when refining. Refer to the link in answer to 1.

6. Punchers are crafted by Blacksmiths or won from Colosseum. They unlock Blind Rune Holes. When unlocked, you may add Runes to your equipment.
