and to make amistr use blood lust every time is available to cast on its own?

Using AzzyAI

In homun tactics, set Rescue to 'owner' for the appropriate monsters. Rescue is a powerful feature, but it is important to not set rescue where it is not needed - excessive use will degrade exp/hr, performance, and stability.

To use Bloodlust whenever it is available at normal priority, simply set UseOffensiveBuff to 'Idle'. If it's a homun S, make sure to set OldHomunType to amistr, so it knows it has Bloodlust.

Oh, I set it to owner on the Default tab.. Is that bad? I'm currently lvling @ OD1 & 2, just in case.

How should i set it to make a good use of it?

Would you mind replying me @DrAzzy, please? That'd really help me since I'm lvling Amistr's based homunculus..

Thanks!

I already wrote up a response to this, why the hell isn't it in this thread?

Use rescue only on things that you need.

In OD1/2, it probably makes a lot of sense to have it on default, since there's already a tactic for everything that naturally spawns there except for the champion mobs, so anything that's getting the default tactic is a champion or poly, which you probably want it to rescue you from.

For other monsters, don't put it on monsters that you don't need it to drop everything to kill off of you - the decision depends on how fast your homun kills, and how durable you are. Putting it on Familiars, for example, would be bad. Whether you need that, or just a react tactic, for red bats depends on your gen's durability, and how effectively your homun is killing. With an AoE, you definitely don't need it on the bats, and may not need it at all in OD2 except on the archers.

The main problem with rescue right now is that when it's desperately trying to rescue you from something, but for one reason or another is not, it can hang, and stand still while you die. The more things you have that are rescue targets, the more likely these things are to happen (i think all the cases that can arise with a single rescue target are fixed, as are all that can arise without the homun or owner being mobbed.
