Hello everyone, I need some suggestions over my gx skills and stats build, and some about my equips either, i know I need a lot of things, but don't know where to start from. I know I said crit dd and besides what you can see in my ss I don't have nothing besides a +4FAW and something like 150m to spent. What should I get ASAP? don't have any ideia, this is my first char ~12x

If it's your first character, better not to go for DD crit GX.

For DD crit build you need a lot of zeny.

 

Crit Katar build can hunt a lot easier for most of MVPs

Honestly speaking, it's... probably not possible given your funds. Reason is that a crit DD build is probably the most expensive GX build, due to the amount of boosts, crit and aspd needed.

Not saying you should give it up, but you could work towards it. Also, I can't really tell from your skill window, but I hope you changed job to assassin cross at job 42 and below.

There already is a topic for the build pinned up in this thief class discussion board, so you should look in there. Also, it isn't a very good idea to level as a crit DD GX as it's slow. Your skill set seems ok~ish to me right now. Leveling with RC is the fastest way to go.

Looking at your stats, you may want to reset them once you're maxed so that you have more stats to put into luk, agi and vit.

A crit DD build needs you to have a high amount of crit, while retaining high aspd. The problem is that unlike katars, daggers don't have a x2 bonus to crit, meaning you need above 100 crit to fight reliably, and it's not easy to achieve that with only 150m...

The aspd mod for dual daggers is also worse than katars, so you need more aspd. Lastly, the size mod for daggers is also worse than katars.

With your current gears, I would suggest earning the zeny to fund the build first, rather than rush to DD crit. In the meantime, you can go for perhaps katar crit.

This is exactly what imma do, until i do not have enough founds, imma crit katar, but intending to someday, somehow be a crit DD, I became sinx job 50, I'm noob but not that much

I must confess I got a bit disappointed for now, after being instantly killed 8 times by osiris, the mvp I USED to consider the most weak after freeoni, I guess i would do it, after investing a few money, 500m for now, looks like ragnarok aint the same thing i used to know

Renewal changed a lot of things. Also I might try calculating a cheaper build for DD crit as my own is getting pretty extreme. I will post it in my guide if I do.

It's a problem that you changed to sinx at job 50, as it means you are unable to get rid of double attack. Double attack gets in the way of DD crit, so I'm afraid you'll have to create another character for DD crit.

When you have more funds, you could create another GX for DD crit. As mentioned above, it's not recommended for your first character to be DD crit build, so stick to katars for now as they're cheaper.

+9 Chakram with FS/Sharp enchant carded with 2 aunoes + assassin handcuffs combo are really good for katar crit

Imma cri katar until I have enough founds for a nica dagger one, so, I bought a +4temporal agi attackDelay4 and a chakram, and the damage increase surprised me, now i would like to change my accessories, you guys would recommend an Assassin Handcuffs or a Rogue's Treasure? I could buy both, is it interesting to have both? or whatelse would you guys recomend me?

If you're going to use Chakram then sin cuffs are a must have item. As for secondary choices Bakonawa Tatt is a good choice if you're lacking aspd.

another question, I have plenty of them, I must choose between 120 agi or 120 luk right? I do not intend to buy many sharp items, and having in mind that 50 cit is enough for a katar one, and the 30% crit dmg tempLuk gives, what should I do?

Well, technically, you don't really have to get 120 in a stat. :>

 

But yeah, you'd prolly want to for the bonus. Depends what you value more, the +1 aspd from the temp agis or the increased crit damage from temp luk (I guess that'll depend on your other equips?). Also keep in mind that you need more than 50 crit due to the crit shield.

Every 5 luk the enemy has is 1 more crit you need to hit 100% crit rate.

You were using RC to lvl. Crit is harder to lvl with, but better at endgame. You can still lure well in TI groups as a crit build using Perfect Dodge gear and/or a mount (halter lead). And when you get better gear, you can solo TIs as well.

how high level solo it without malicious weapons? potting slims? this is a doubt that follows me since 10x, I know there are some hat that increase recovery of some healing itens, but, you might need the helmet (usually it is a helm) for atk, and mob might still do a pretty damage on you, is it like, kill a mob taking the damage, switch hat, pot, get damage hat again?

Double Malicious Blood Tears with +9 Rideword Hat are your friends for leveling.

blood tears is lvl 4 weapon, 2 slots, and cheap to enchant. krishna is good also, but it needs the sincuff for the atq bonus
