How long does it usually take for a support ticket to be answered? I've been waiting for 24 hours now so was just curious if i should just stop checking so often and just wait a week lol.

About 2-3 days excluding weekends yes.
You'll either get a copy-paste auto-reply or no answers at all.

Usually 24 to 48 hours. If not a bit longer depending on the type of ticket was sent.

Wow ya'll are lucky getting replies in 24 hours - 3 days...
My tickets always end up sitting for like a week before any reply

It depends on the department, but for the Bot Sightings I've reported, they usually "reply" the next day when they get into the office (around 8am-12pm).
I use the term reply very loosely because it's still a copy-and-paste response and they take their sweet time taking action.

Half my tickets I have to bump it a week later to get a reply on lol. You guys should be happy to even get a reply on any of your tickets.
