My question is, does an RG wearing gears/cards that proc when taking damage(Muscle Fool enchantment, Divine Guard hat etc), proc it off when he/she recieves damage through the sac'ed person?

I don't see why it should proc anything, since the sacrifice only drains the RG's HP, also if you are wondering about the shared shield skills, they work as skills activated by the character, at least for Guard: "Guard works as if the sacrificed target had the skill active" (Taken from IroWiki)

 

But it will be great if you can proc with this

u mean lets say you sac 5 person and those 5 got mobbed while u are in a safe place, then u will proc things like muscle fool, ROR autocast and such?
