i tried logging in now, and it says "failed to connect to server"

 

is there maintanence going on at this time?

Yes, every Wednesday from 3:00PM - 5:00PM PST we have our weekly server maintenance.

But sometimes it takes a bit longer.

The server is following PST not GMT+8. So to make it simple it is still Wednesday in their time.

I'm in Germany and for me it's also Thursday already.

Since WarpPortal and the servers are located at the US east coast all times are based on the PST (Pacific Standard Time) timezone.

And there it's still Wednesday.

 

The maintenance is planned usually on Wednesday, 3:00PM - 5:00PM PST.

 

By the way, today's maintenance (11/19) has been extended because of a hardware maintenance.

its the same situation here in singapore aswell. but since he did say maintanence can last longer than usual, its satisfactory as far as im concerned.

 

converting my current time to the used PST, its around 5.30 PST as of now, which is a little over 30 mins of the stated maintanence time.
