For me, It feels more rewarding if you've made a 3rd Job class instead of the Master Levels.

Not necessarily a copied system from RO1 

 

You could make some costumes like a Class Change Reward.
Let's say I'm an Archer and I took the Ranger Class change, When I completed the Quest, I obtained a Ranger Costume as a reward.

I know, it feels weird when you change class you dont get a makeover like in ro1. It really felt like your char was 'growing up' but in this game our appearance changes with the gear allowed for the lvl. Some Noels especially have a transformation going from Lolita like gear to dominatrix leathers. that is how this game makes up for it
