For instance, Quadruple Titan MG on off-hand, then ice pick/triple diligent scalpel on main hand. Will the 4Mino cards give +60% damage to large monsters? Then 3slotted gladius/scalpel would only givr +45%? So in overall, is +10 main gauche better?

You always want a high atq weapon for main hand(FQL, Scalpel, RWC knife, etc).
For off-hand weapon depends on what will u kill, against medium/high def an ice pick is recommended and agains low def a 4 sloted weapon carded accordingly.

I am finding faceworm queen+icepick works pretty well. You get 3 cards altogether with that, which is less than the 6 you'd have with faceworm+main guahce, but you tend to get a lot of +ATK from icepick's effect, plus defense piercing.

Yeah, really depends of monster def, something aroun 120~150 then ice pick is already better

Pretty sure its less than that. Also, size matters. The ATK added by ice pick is not reduced by size, but the atk from +20% cards is.

But yeah, for low def like Amdarais, you want to use a MG with 4x AK.

let say i dont have zeny to buy an ice pick, so my option for off-hand weapon would be either MG[4] or scalpel [3] with racial/size/element added.
So the question is, which one is the better off-hand weapon? What is more important; get as much card(MG) or get less card but with with more wATK (scalpel) for off-hand weapon?
And my main hand is probably Scalpel [3] or eden dagger 3 or +4 grimtooth (no zeny to buy FQL or RWC mem knife )
p/s i hope this is not counted as necro post

FYI, im thinking of using DD is because my target monster is small sized, so which means i will do 100% damage instead of 75% with katar. Most of the time I use katar for better aspd, can use skill(sonic blow, grimtooth), cheaper etc etc.
Currently im using katar with chic hat because i love DA and i think crit assassin is kinda stereotype and boring
