"The Account Is In Use" Problem

Sup Guys! This Problem has been happenin' to me for quite some time now. This is how it goes. I would Log-in, everything seems fine then after a few minutes I would get Kicked out from the Server and then when I try to Log-in again It will say that "The Account is in Use". That's not all! After some time of waiting I would try to log-in again then the Server would kick me out before I could get in the Game! Please Help! I've been thinking of Uninstalling and Re-installing the game and is there a way that I can move my Character to another Account? Because this Problem has been happenin' only on my Account that says "The Account is in Use". Another Question, has this been happenin' to other people as well? Appreciate the help guys!

then the Server would kick me out before I could get in the Game! 

 

In which way he kicks you out? Does the game close or do you get a message like "Server not responding"?

"Account is in use" is a common message, when the server thinks you are still in the game, because of an interrupted connection.

 

Do you have an antivirus solution running?

If yes, try to turn it off while playing or add the Dragon Saga folder to the exceptions.

 

Also you should add Dragon Saga to the exceptions of your firewall if you have one.

i'm not sure for dragon saga but for Ragnarok Online 1, if you suddenly get disconnected, your character sometimes sorta remain in the game. This is the reason for the error message since the game still recognizes your character being logged in. RO1 also gives the error message that someone logged in this ID if you got disconnected due to dual login. if you shared your account and you see that message, ask your sharer. if not, maybe change your password as your account may be compromised.

It would kick me out in the Log-in Area and give me a message saying "Server not Responding". I'm not sharing my account to anyone though. I also don't know how to reply to a Question in the Forums, Sorry! I'm New...

Btw, are you using a wifi connection for your Internet, or do you use cable connection?

(I know from some people that could wifi cause such/similar problems......just asking)

 

 

The "server not responding" message seems to be quite common though, it sometimes does happen to myself too. But just sometimes and not in the amount you get it......

I'm pretty much expecting a lot of Trolls and Crappy Answers from some People, Hehehe. I think I'm using Wifi Connection. VmodPopcorn might be right about the Coonection thinking of still being online. I don't know if I have an Antivirus, but I think I don't have one.

It's very difficult to help finding if you have an antivirus program and which, because there are many different which are handled differently.

So I only can recommend, you let a friend or a person you know which has computer knowledge have a look if you have an antivirus or firewall program and if yes, let him/her add the Dragon Saga folder to the exceptions. 

Mostly a blocking antivirus or firewall is the main reason for this problems. 

 

Another problem could be, that your wi-fi (WLAN) connection is unstable or the wi-fi signal is too weak.

 

What kind of computer do you have? A desktop or laptop/notebook?

Thanks for all the help guys. Found out a couple of days ago that the problem was with our Internet Connection. Sorry if I wasn't able to reply for a while. Been busy with my Studies. Thanks again!

Guys i have the same problem, i just got disconnected and now i try to log in and show a message "This account is in use".

 

Can someone help me pls?

We have a server issue right now. Channels 1 and 2 are completely down, and it seems the accounts from players who were on these servers while they "crashed" are now permanently in use. I already tried to inform the producer about this issue.
