Hello. I started playing Ragnarok Chaos server a few months ago after finding it on Steam. Needless to say, I was ecstatic and frantically downloaded, created an account, and jumped right in! But after a little research I found that a few difference lie in Steam-based accounts versus a WarpPortal account. For starters, I am having a heck of a time changing my forum username to anything other than a series of numbers. Is there a way?

 

Also, I have found the proper way to add kafra points using Steam Wallet, but I notice you offer a character transfer service. Is this available to Steam created accounts? I was thinking of moving my priest to a warpportal account.

To change your forum name, create an account at WarpPortal Support and submit a request ticket. (Support accounts are separate from WarpPortal accounts in case of hacking issues.)

Character transfers work on any account, regardless of whether it was created through Steam or the original publisher.
