Story mode:

Well I have this on my alt merchant +7 bunny band & elves ear and then this Wizard view my items and said he will buy those items..

then I sell it to him of course. 

 

then after few hour I encounter him again sitting in prontera south field and

he's wearing my bunny band and he's selling by chat (S>elves ears costume PM me)..

when I view he's set the bunny band is also a costume...

 

I pretty sure those are my Item that I sell to him...

then few hours later I tell that in my guildmates they said those things can become costume when its +8, just go to eden group at 2nd floor to change it.

1. Is that true?

2. If yes....Do all head gear in +8 can become costume?

3, Whats the NPC name?
