I have a ASPD stone in my inventory. I have no equips on except Rurdra's Grace and It will not enchant. Im at the NPC now. It doesn't see that I have the Rudra's Grace equipped. Says you must have items you want enchanted equipped and they are.

1st try? grats!!

That was my first try. Im not going to lie though. I spent $75 on costumes and only got one Rudra's Grace and one ASPD stone lol.

It would be nice if they had a enchant stone npc that takes 3 stones from your inventory for 1 random stone. Maybe 5 - 1 ratio would be fair. It is very expensive to make one of these +1 ASPD Rudra's right now and I have a bunch of stones in storage.

I totally did the same thing at first lol, wrong npc I was like wtfffffffff.

 

I didn't spend a lot, I got real lucky for ASPD stone....bought 2 headgears for 25m ea and got 2 ASPD (after 3 crap ones) bought Rudra for 250m and got aspd on the 2nd try

 

Worth it, love 193 aspd DD GX =D
