What browser are you using to access the RO website?

i am using google chrome and sometimes internet explorer..

Do you have the latest version of either one? The website is designed for IE, but it could be you don't have the latest version of the browser.

yes all of the browser that i use is the latest version.. when the firefox cant i will download google chrome and its the same result

Do you have a pop-up blocker activated? The download link will pop up a sign-in prompt in order to let you download.

I can't download RO.

 

I downloaded "Ragnarok DLM" (download manager i guess?) from wp site but when i try to run it (as administrator) a pop up will open telling me about some jquery errors (i'm using the latest version of IE and the latest version of Java) and the download won't start.

EDIT: never had problems in the past with the direct download of the file from wp site
