Was wondering since we are getting such updates with hero trials with chaso and fenris and what not. Is it possible to pop in a town inside geffenia as ilvish people. You would have to do the sign quest to access gefenia anyway. and once your in there is another quest to be able to enter the elvish town. Any thoughts or ideas

unless it's something already done in kRO don't expect to see it in renewal.  we're behind on content as it is.  they can probably swing this on classic if demand were high enough though.
