Here are the rates:
Thursday 11/27 (Thanksgiving): 2.1x EXP
Friday 11/28 (Black Friday): 2.5x EXP
Saturday 11/29: 3.0x EXP
Sunday 11/30: 3.0x EXP
Monday 12/01: 3.0x EXP

Update
As a compensation for the
server downtime on 11/29
we have an EXP event until the
end of Monday (12/01)
The EXP rate is 3.0x from now until
the end of Monday
