AFAIK, yes.

Well I don't think you can get it from exchanging Kit Coins atm, the box's description doesn't include it.

Looks like rudra might take a price hit, if the costume archangel wings are any easier to get from the black friday box than the rudra is from the costume box. Especially since im sure people much rather try to make white aspd wings instead of pink aspd wings lol

I just tried with costumes Dagger In Mouth and Angry Snarl. Sadly, enchanting won't work on them.
