While it wouldn't result in a block, when the contents of a shop or title are misleading this would result in the user getting kicked and warned.

Can we raise the vend cap then? 

 

What this player is doing is the only possible in-game way to advertise that you're selling equipment over 99m in value. Yes, you can wear it, but he has all different class items/ multiple garments etc. This is the only possible way for him to advertise these wares in the current game state.

I don't really get what's going on because I missed the screenshot in the OP, but I do remember my sister saying she went to collect some items because someone had a buying shop up in which he offered a very gratuitous price for them. When she returned with a good number of the items, she couldn't sell them to him due to an error she didn't really understand.

 

I figure if you then open a shop next to that person, selling the items he's buying for a price slightly lower than the price he's buying them at, people will eagerly buy them off you to make a little profit by reselling, right? In theory, you could do this with an absurdly huge number of items and make tons of money because the bugged buying shop won't disappear until he actually receives the items he's buying. Is this bannable? As in, is it considered a glitch exploit?

if it sounds too good to be true, odds are it is. the person who had the buy shop for an item for a ridiculous price was probably the same person who was selling the same item on a different account. that is a suspendable offense.

if you bring it up to 1 bil, you'll need to raise zeny cap too unless you're planning on selling just 1 or 2 items at a time.
