Not really pleased to see devoted eyes in the renewal box since they were supposed to be given to old players for trying out RO2.

Frankly I'm not impressed with the Friday box(slotted middle head gear that's already in iRO, how about 1 of the half a dozen slotted middle headgear we don't already have yet. Besides helm cards almost always suck anyway, so you'll need one of the MVP cards, to make use of slotted middle)

 

However that Monday box is pretty sweet.

Yea, easily best items in the box, rather you're gonna be lucky enough to pull one however with all the crap in the box, is another story).

well it looks like there's another new costume too and slotted sunglasses too. so about half the items in the box are desirable, although the percentages are probably not the same if previous fire sales are any indication.

One thing you need to learn about iRO is when they say something is exclusive, they are full of -_-.

Does this mean the Costume Devoted Eyes received for playing RO2 are enchantable as well?

 

I will say It was nice to have them be exclusive, as mentioned by someone else in this thread...

correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm under the impression that the devoted eyes box is tradeable but accountbound once opened; costumes in past fire sales come unboxed.  may be easier to tell apart in this instance?

Same here lol, I'm not buying that box, for a 5% chance at best(I'm pretty sure the item drop percent is screwed too, so it may not even be 5%) of getting the "1" item I want from that box, so I'll buy from a vender. I'll be buying some Monday boxes though.

The time it takes to make enough money to buy kafra points is way way way less than the amount of time it takes to earn zeny by playing!

Some people are best spending time at home and making zeny to buy kafra items while the other people prefer to spend that time outside while buying kafra items with real currency. Either way all people choose what gives them the highest utility anyways. No one is stupid lmao

But what he said makes sense though. Sometimes buying a specific certian item is cheaper than buying multiple boxes. Unless you want to give your friends free gifts, then it is sensible to buy boxes and have fun opening.

Since I dont vend items (no money to pay for the electricity bills, cant leave my char afk lol), I have couple left-over heahgears in my storage lol
