About 15 minutes ago I was trying to Re-roll an item in my equipment inventory tab. With some kind of DISTORTION effect I hit the Earring. ?!?!?! That sucks when I had the perfect stat on them.

Anyways... my eyes were located towards the bottom of the hammer "the part where you hammer things in real life" and it rerolled the earing. =( please create a gap.. I did that like 2x's out of the 3 rerolls i used lately. Please create a gap T_T

I'm not sure if it's possible to make a gap like what you're suggesting but one thing you can do right now to avoid that problem is when you want to reroll an item, move it to the middle or bottom of your inventory. that way you will be sure to use the hammer on the item that you meant to.

Actually, what I think he's saying is

-He re-rolled his equipped earring when he was going from the consumable tab [where the re-roll was] to the equipment tab [where he wanted to roll an item] and accidentally hit the earing on his avatar's equipped slot.

[even if he didn't do the above he has the option below]

- He can submit a ticket and have the item restored with some luck. Just explain the situation calmly and be respectful.
