Please post your findings and bugs about level 175/60 update on Sakray here.

 

Note #1:

To reach level 175/60 make sure you are below 110, talk to NPC Vicisssituda bottom right of Prontera fountain (now is a Christmas tree). Enter to base level up to 175, ignore where it says it will offer 30 levels at a time. The same could be applied for jobs.

 

You will also find hidden updates that weren't documented in the files sent by kRo so please do post if you find any here.

 

Note #2:

Sakray should be getting monster update that includes spawn and EXP increase.

Note 3#:

From renewal maintenance thread by Oda:
Next week: Level 175/60. The client is not able to properly split it up into the 160 and 175 level cap updates so we are putting in the level 175 in full!

If you need certain gears or consumables to test on Sakray feel free to put a listing. Will go over with if the items could be sold through NPCs instead of being handed manually so please suggest as much as you can.

 

Warning: Any troll, "please nerf this skill" and not constructive posts will be removed without notice. 

 

 

Below will be updated with the findings/bugs. For clarification, when reporting please post enough info without abbreviation. For example if you find a skill that is nerfed state in what way it was nerfed. Citations would be great too.

 

Bugs/Findings:

[ Skill/Class ]

  • Class Bug: Missing owl for Ranger.
  • Class Bug: At level 160 there are 2880 free status points, correct amount should be 2877.
  • Class Bug: HP modifiers not working properly pass level 150 (HP remains at 1 on a level 175/60 character), corresponding HP tables might be missing.
  • Skill Bug: Full Throttle is not working.
  • Skill Bug: Unable to create new Rune Knight's rune stone Lux Anima with the required ingredients.
  • Skill Bug: Unable to use Mechanic new skill Magma Eruption while in Mado Suit. Is this intended?
  • Skill Bug: Vend of merchant class vend limit is not increased to 999,999,999 Z.
  • Skill Bug: Flash Combo of class Sura might not be using max level of Tiger Cannon when manually performing a combo. Test is here. Another test suggesting Flash Combo is not using Tiger Cannon in combo with Fallen Empire. Explanation is here.
  • Skill Bug: Camouflage bug fix is not applied (fix description: Camouflage - Fixed a bug where a ranger in camouflage state could be targeted by single target skills).
  • Skill Change: Dragon Breath nerf. Dragon Breath now works with +% damage modifier weapon cards vs enemy. -% defensive gear reduce the damage, working as intended.Video.
  • Skill Bug: Sorcerer Insignias (Fire InsigniaEarth InsigniaWind InsigniaWater Insigniadon't increase their corresponding element magic damage. Further tests showed there is damage increase.

[ Equipment/Consumables]

  •  

[ Map/Monster ]

  • Map: Hard Mode Dungeon Scaraba (dic_dun03 ) monsters appear as NPCs. They cannot be attacked nor they are moving.
  • Monster update seems to cover guild dungeons. Link to findings here.

[ Client/UI ]

  • Job meter goes missing after obtaining 1 job level pass job 50.
  • New skills are placed in 2nd tab under the skill tree window, should be under 3rd tab.
  • New third class skills animations are missing, for example Water Dragon Breath and Magma Eruption ground visual effect is missing.
  • New skill Full Throttle cannot be moved to skill bar.
  • New skill names are in caps lock. Example, Dragon Breath WATER !!.
  • New skill of ranger Unlimit description says +250% damage at max level but it seems to be +300%. Further tests would be appreciated.
  • Skill of Geneticist Hallucination Drug (Illusion Doping) is still using the old hallucination client effect. This will greatly reduce the client performance and probably be abused if the effect is not updated. Intended new hallucination effect is to flip client screen 180 degrees.
  • There is no aura for level 160 and level 175.
  • New skill cooldown and buff timer is missing. Skills with > 1 minute timer will be marked in white and with < 1 minute timer will be marked in red. The change covers Homunculus and Mercenary skills as well.

[ Sakray General Bugs ]

  • NPC Dealer of Hats appear to be selling Unknown Item, GM might want to patch this.
  • Fallen Angel Wings [1] is using wrong stats. Should be changed to this.
  • NPC Punching Bag has very little HP.

Why can't i change to expanded super novice on sakray?

i am thoroughly worried that the 175 skills are now implemented does that mean super novice isn't getting the 160 base level update?

DB Nerf is Working but i didnt see the Camouflage Buff working,so Camouflage Buff missing.

Full Throtlle (bad name,i forgot ) not working :)

Maybe the +100% EXP job on lvl 100+ monster? ( i saw it on a topic in this forum)

I have a suggestion... if possible,can expanded classes reach 175/60 too? Will be really sad if they cant pass 160,they are from this game too :/

Suggestion stuff: Mora gears,WOE SET (to test DB nerf),Valk Shield,thara frog card,Noxious card,CEB.

Probably because the HP table for going to 175 from 160 is missing lol

With the job 60 patch, "Water Breath" was added. At the same time, the formula for both Dragon(Fire) Breath and Water Breath were given an updated formula where weapon cards that add +% vs enemy types would now apply to dragon breath damage, but on the reverse, -% defensive gear now applies to Dragon's Breath, which it didn't, before the update.

The Genetic's new skill Illusion Doping has a chance of causing Hallucination at a chance. Wouldn't be a problem if the client had the new Hallucination effect that inverts the screen 180 degrees. But sadly neither main (afaik i havent played with effects on in ages) and sakray don't have this client patch. So basically right now unless we get this patch, Gen's have the ability to absolutely destroy a players client. I know RO is full of OP things but that is taking it just a little too far.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeah if Hallucination Drug is implemented on our main without the new status ailment, WoE will just be horrible. The players that don't use /effect will DC a few seconds after getting hit. My computer has even BSOD'd a few times on account of Hallucination -_-ing my CPU into the ground.

Thank you for your input, updated OP. Range modifiers works with dragon breath or so I read as well.

Is 130 suppose to be the base limit? I have 130 base dex on my ranger right now O_O

Water Breath also shows a little AOE circle instead of the circle Dragon Breath usually has.

Also, white drooping eddga hat / speed potions please!!!

Technically it should stop at 125, but Sakray has files for 175/60 so you are able to get up to that point however the base level is capped at 160.

Class:Sura

Tiger Cannon deals more damage(~50k) when manually used in a combo than when automatically combined with Flash Combo(~30k).

For reference,it deals 27k without any combination.So i assume the extra 3k damage must be because of Flash Combo's attack boost.

Is this intended?

This is a problem indeed and I can see the request list growing, though CM showed that if any user wanted a piece of gear to test on Sakray to request it through forums. I highly doubt all gears will be offered through NPCs but will go over this matter with CM after thanksgiving holiday.

Can someone please check if stasis duration to be reduced by stats is in this patch?

 

Honestly I find nonsensical we don't get detailed changes from kRO, how do you test something you don't know has been changed...

Why is Lv 160 got sh**ty HP? 120 VIT and 3~7k on a 160/60 RK, and how to access the new skills?

Edit: nvm I saw water DB at trans skills tab /swt, HP mod bugged from Lv 158+.

I don't get why people need to request items at all, just make a NPC, with the entire bloody database of items = done.

Not related to the new skills but level 3 sorcerer insignias don't increase their corresponding element magic damage at all.
