As far as I'm aware, you can offer services to other players in exchange for in-game currency (zeny, rupi) and WPE. Straight up real-life money exchanges are prohibited.

i wasnt clear XD forgot to mention what if one of the party didnt honor their part?

oh trade limit Question as well since were limited on 7 items some trades item value = more than the trade limit 

what if the other party didnt honor the full trade 

for example 10 hhb stacks for a costume

and the other didnt fully gave the hhb only 7 and then run away

 

can we file ticket for that

That's the risk you take when you offer services in exchange for in-game currency or items.

WarpPortal doesn't really support it, but they won't stop you from doing it either. So submitting a ticket about player-to-player deals won't do anything.

you saying if a player try to cheat other player will get away with the crime.

i am very tempted to try it..but need to control myself.

maybe when i figured a perfect crime..

Afaik the max item you could trade is 7

there are times that we might have to do 2 or more trades for 1 item

example i wanna sell a costume and he got something to trade for example Blue seeds

the deal is 10 stacks of seed

Because honestly, if a stranger came up to you and said that they made a deal with someone you don't know and asks you to help them resolve the problem when it's just one person's word against the other, how would you be able to prove private deals like that?

You can try to send a ticket, but I very much doubt much will be done about service trades.

The best solution is to use collateral to balance a multi-trade deal until both sides are completed. Here's an example:

 

Let's say you want to buy my Poring Hat[3] (Value: 200k zeny) for 20 stacks of HHB (Value: 200k zeny)

 

First I would give you the hat for 7 stacks of boxes and 130k zeny (acting as collateral), then we would trade again and I would give you back 70k zeny for 7 more stacks of boxes, and then a final trade of 60k zeny for the last 6 stacks of boxes.

 

In this way the trade remains balanced on both sides the entire time, so even if somebody did leave before completing the deal you wouldn't really have lost much of anything.

 

 

LCM service 

 

As a buyer, as long as you always have a blue card in your hands throughout the transaction you can't really be scammed. LCM services usually require a high value collateral from the buyer to balance the transaction until the service is completed.
