can someone help me with this "please check id" problem?

i already create 3 account but none of them works,still getting the same problem

You have created a DragonSaga Game account on your Warpportal main account?

You need to create a separate game account for this.

 

Did you use any language specific letters (for example Chinese symbols) ?

Those specific letters don't work.

 

Wait, there was something strange..........if I remember right the DS account you create on your WP main account does sometimes accept 1 letter/number more as the actual DS game login does. 

This we had sometimes...........maybe check this....

 

All of these do make you get the "please check id" problem...

yeah ive done all of that and no im not using any specific letters,already tried changing my password and such but still i keep getting that please check id

Hmm, that is strange.

I would suggest you to write a ticket to the support and to explain them the situation.
