please help when am logging in and selecting channel it always appear to cant find the account

Try typing your username in all capital letters when logging into RO2

please log onto your warpportal account on the website

go to https://www.warpport...nformation.aspx

check to make sure your typing in it correctly

if you dont remember password you can always click edit next to your RO2 account name then click forgot password an will send you email to reset password
