Hi all. it had been 2 days that i tried payment by Credit card (Visa), and still now i dont have any WP Energy?, In the first filling information, i'd filled wrong form at Card Number, so I tried to fill the second information after a day. I also have sent a ticket to supporters team, and they didn't reply me. Now i'm so confuse :'(
anyone help me please :'( my ticket number is [ticket number removed]

You should consider editing out your main axcount name and the login ids.

it didnt work after i changed the information :(

what should i do? wait the supports team help? :(

If you submitted a ticket 2 days ago it's within the usual deadline.

You should get an individual answer from the support within 48hrs. But this time keep in mind that there was a long holiday weekend (Thanksgiving, Black Friday) from 11/27 - 11/30 in the United States. Although the support is working on weekends too, I'm not sure, that they worked on the long holiday weekend.

So I recommed to stay patient a bit longer this time. If you didn't get your personal answer until - let's say Wednesday - please contact me by PM and I will give you more infos how to go on.

Hey. I have the same issue as this guy, but I didn't use my credit card since I don't own one. Is that what's making the WP Energy arrive to me so slowly?
