To Clarify
Gramps will only give EXP if you are under base level 150
Gramps will only give JobExp if you are under job level 50 (may vary for expanded classes)

I propose that these limits apply only to high TI rewards. The low (and possibly mid) TIs can't be abused to reach max levels quickly, and I don't see a need to stop anyone crazy enough to waste many months or years trying for 100/60 (raises hand) from doing so.

I don't understand this, does that mean trans class couldn't get from 50 job to 70job?
Or it only applies to third job?

the restrictions as they are currently slated to be implemented would affect only third classes whose base level was 150+ or whose job was 50+.

trans characters have no problems going to job 70.

I expected my proposal to be ignored as usual. This was not a surprise.

I did not expect gramps to dump all of the reward exp into base without asking. So now I'm at 100/51 41.1%/90.5% and I can't even turn in 2x seal 2 to get within striking distance of job 52 before retiring that character forever. Thanks.
