He can be. Bone Dragon right at level 60 is extremely difficult but not impossible. Going in a party is crucial, especially with a Priest, if you don't know the dodging tips to ensure a safe solo regardless of gear level.

I highly doubt that a new player went from Dr. Farrell to Bone Dragon in one week.

I highly doubt that a new player went from Dr. Farrell to Bone Dragon in one week.
Weekend exp events have been generous. Unless he skipped the F7 unlock quests and didn't even try the other dungeons. But OP did ask about Lavalon.
