great topic.I know there are a lot of great gamers here making best use of class with their own different ways.I'll just share what i use and enjoy other upcoming posts.
+7 Leo Crown (mild wind fire..proc rate is very good).lots of high level monsters are earth property..including the 2 mvps and many monsters in old GH dungeon as well as those monsters in hazy maze.
evolved pair of red ribbon i discovered this just yesterday.+5 flee matters and its dirt cheap.
hexagon specs with elemental resistance might be life saver against mvps, or in GH dungeon.
blast sound amplifier i love using Magnum Break inbetween my Arrow storms.Its a life saver in GH against those maggots if you can't one shot them.Its good for party leveling too.
(maybe its not clear, Magnum Break gives +%20 atk with fire property damage,and this bonus last only 10 seconds.Thats why i use MB inbetween AS) Against insects and demons of proper property, this is a better way over the camoflage)
incubus egg its a half rideword hat and pets don't need to be loyal for the bonuses anymore.
orc warrior pet rangers have one of the least atk among other classes, and AS reacts well to even that much of atk bonus.
physical weapon/earring/pendant you'll have quite some atk from these 3 (up to 50atk)
+9 atumn headband..best headgear to boost AS but it'll be changed eventually..though, it might be even more OPer when the time comes.
under a cast sound amp
refined valky manteau- this gives great amount of p.dodge,i use that when i farm mobs of low level monsters.
sp enchanted ww boots, ww brooches and costume cake..great for leveling.when rwh is triggered, you'll have even more sp pool to play with.
refined WW suits..each refine is +%2 more ranged damage.at least, grab a +7.elemental cards or porcellio.
costume goggle this used to give %30 exp bonus, even much more later when its not supposed to give. should check if it still works
enchanted pendant of guardian i have +12 flee and +2 luk +1 vit enchants on mine..i love going pvp rooms with 540 flee and troll gxes with arrow repel. 
rudolf headbands- these are still dirt cheap, you gotta grab one if you still havent.

halter lead box i mean gym passes this is a must for all rangers sadly.
energy crystal buffs from Reno in eden 2nd floor. +15 atk for 3 hours with the cost of a few clicks.a time based buff, you still keep it if you die.
double drosera carded bigxbow (i get +1 aspd, +30 crit ..its a lovely weapon).alternatively , you can try picking a sharp enchanted nepenthesis bow.
