Hey all. I played since the beginning then quit right around when renewal hit. I recently logged in, and turned my 99LK into a RK. I'm going HS/DB build for some woe/pvm fun. I'm not going to go hardcore into the game like i used too. Just going to play it until Terms of Service comes out here and there.
Anyways i'm only 101/7 atm. I have around 1 billion sitting on me that I quit with. I know that doesn't go a long way anymore, but I should be able to buy some decent equips.
1. Should I work on getting HS for solo leveling, or go straight for DB? I understand if I go for DB first it will take me a while to get HS because of its pre reqs. Also DB at low lvls might be a pain at first.
2. I'm currently CS Magmarings...is there somewhere better I can go? If not where's next at what level?
3. Is Cardo with AS, or a KayansaX3 AS better for CS? According to the calculator on irowiki it says the Kaya will do more damage but i've read different on here.
Again this is all soloing atm. I'll start partying up when I feel familiar with the game again. I'm used to the grind.(Minorous to 99)

Let me answer your questions...
1- Most Rune Knights start leveling y/or soloing with Hundred Spears and Clashing Spiral combo. for start leveling with magmaring and low hp monsters with HS lvl 1 - 3 you can do 7k+ damage (12k+ with Ur's Set, because the set increases 50% HS damage), at lvl 10 with the set you do 20k+ damage. DB and Water DB (New DB but Water element for #REKT fire monsters) its an optional way of level if you got decent Vit and Int and MaxHP/SP Gears like:
Basic gears.
Variants (+9 Superior Enchanted Variants recommended)
refined Ur's Plate enchanted with Vit or MHP Enchants
Vit 12-15 +9 FAW
+9 or higher Turkey On your head with Carat card
Ur's Seal with MHP or SP enchants
Slotted Any glasses with Incubus Card
Giant Faceworm with Vit enchants
Supplies (if you have funds): Minor Brisket (+20 Vit 5 mins),Warg Blood -_-tail (+20 int 5 mins) HP/SP Increase, Vitata500 (+5% MSP).
2- Of course! At lvl 101+ you can do Eden boards lvl100+, and Turn Inns (Highly Recommended) or else if you love grind go to Ice Dungeon2, Holy Ground dungeon (Rachel) killing aunoes, Fanats, (Agav and Ecchio) when you reach lvl 110.
3- Go for Hunting Spear with AS card and EA Enchants for Clashing Spiral and HS if you dont have funds for a Gungnir with x2 AS Cards and EA enchants.
