Dark Illusion Card work acid bomb or only spell skill?

Acid bomb is 100% fixed cast. Dark illusion applies to variable cast times.

Card Say me first Reduce spell variable castiong time by 10% and  + Darklord Card it reduces variable castimg time by 20% i think first only spell + dark lord all skill ? im understand acid bomb 100% fixed but  Dark Illusion Card can cartcannon reduced time?

Spells/skills have 2 components to their cast time.

Fixed time + variable time.

 

Fixed time cannot be reduced by any means except a spell or item that specifically states it reduces fixed cast time.

 

Variable cast time is the component of the cast time that can be reduced by anything that says it reduces cast time.

It will reduce cart cannon cast time. As you can see from db.irowiki.org/wiki/Cart_Cannon , cart cannon is 100% variable.
