I wanted to sell some soul stacks , he said mail it all.

I had a feeling he wouldn't buy anything so I asked him to meet in POW center

I was waiting for him for like 5-6 min then I told him the trade is off

You deal with this kind of people and these kind of happenings by writing a support ticket. I don't think anything can be done directly on the forums, so

Just send in a support ticket "ill mannered behavior" would fit well I think. Include your screenshot to the support ticket, you can simply add it. There is no need to register an account to write a support ticket, so no worries. The support will send you an automatic answer to let you know your ticket reached them. After that you will get an individual answer regarding your ticket within 48 hours. The support deals with any happenings like this very well on here. So in this kind of situations writing a support ticket is the best, because the support has the powers to give out warnings and in worst cases even bans. So yeah, write a ticket. 

 It isn't nice to post screens that show  player names/ and or to post player names  in public on the forms.  

It would be nice of you to remove the screen. I know you didn't mean this in a bad way or so, it is just something not liked to be seen on the forums ( and is actually against the forum rules I believe)....So....

For this kind of things are the support tickets.
