A friend told me to drop AGI completely If u wanna go for full DB build, since we have 0.2 sec fixed delay, AGI and ASPD is now useless on effecting DB animation?

 

So u don't need AGI at all? D:

 

One more question please! 8% HP/SP or 8% ranged damage?

That's totally untrue, having high agi creates a smoother motion on each cast no matter what and allows you to move around more freely while spamming db.

The ranged damage thing depends on what other gear you have I think.
