What's the cooldown of these skills? And which one is better to lvl up first?

idk about Full Throttle, but for No Limit,according to RMS database, the skill last for 60 sec and has 240 sec cooldown.

RMS is not accurate for iRO. 

 

In the maint thread, people are saying it's 50 *minutes* - which seems a bit excessive...

At least the No Limit seems kinda correct for me, since it last for really short while and the cooldown is almost as long as my Mild Wind, which is 5 mins.

yea, no limits is around few mins, but full throttle i don't have yet and 50 mins seems to much

Full throttle should just be 5min as well. Maybe they thought it'd be overpowered to let everyone full heal once every 5 minutes.

Full throttle is 50 min.
No limits 4- 5 min.

I can confirme, 9 tests and yeah, No limits has a 240 sec. cooldown, at least at lvl 1, 2 and 3, so i suppouse theres no diference between lvls :3

At first I was disappointed, thought No Limit gonna be like Falcon Eyes, short duration buff that you have to recast every so often, but then that would be so broken, since it doubled or almost tripled my AS dmg, 200k+ to 600k+.

Nope, I just use the Mesmerist and get max No Limit first.

oh, i was defaultly thinking you can only have those new skills with newly obtained points..how silly i am.

 

i guess i'll have a reset too.
