Okay, so prior to the new 175/60 update, I was leveling my little ninja quite well on porcellios and metalings. I was already 85-ish, went ahead and Jane Wayed to 99, and just did the Oboro job change. So... now I have tried Ice Dungeon, Magmarings, and Roween - I'm not making barely anything EXP wise. I'm not VIP or using any EXP boosters, and it just took me 6 Roween's to net 0.1% EXP. I know we received an EXP adjustment with this new update, just didn't realize it was to receive less EXP? O_o Am I missing something or...? Because I now have no idea where to level, besides just using Bounty Boards, maybe.

are you keeping track of the exp you are getting per monster? compare those values with what the database has.

It's just way noticeably less than before... Are you talking about using the new table Oda posted in the mait thread?

well first you should check to see if the monsters you're talking about were even on his list. if they're not then you should compare what the db has vs what you're getting in game. if the values are off then something fishy is going on.

it's not really math, you're just comparing values.

Okay so for Roween's it says in the database 1669 base EXP, my screen says I received 1690. My EXP bar after killing 5 went up 0.1%.

 

Edit: Magmarings = DB Info = 2110

Received = 3423

Took two to reach 0.1%

doesn't look like there's anything wrong. in fact you appear to be getting more exp than expected.

check the base exp charts to see if the .1% per x kills make sense:

o.0; I am so not the one who should be testing this, lol. Since you say it's not math, I'll just say numbers - ow.

assuming you're 99 since you just turned, you need 7,070,000 exp to level to 100 since you are now technically a third class. that's a massive jump from the exp required to get to 99 as a ninja (only 4,000,000). in order to get .1%, at that level you will need to get 7,070 exp, which roughly matches what you are receiving right now. (5 roweens = 8,450 exp, more than .1% but less than .2%; 2 magmarings = 6,846 exp which is less than .1% but combined with the overflow from the roween kills would give you .2% increase overall).

Yeees! Okay now I get it. XD I didn't realize expanded classes in their second class were considered third class through EXP rates. Thank you for your help. <3
