Hello, so it's my first time to have Dieter and now I finally have the lava slide skill. I was just wondering if there's a way to make my dieter prioritize casting lava slide every time the skill lava slide is gone? What's happening is that sometimes, my dieter will focus on attacking melee the enemies first then when he's free, that's the only time he'll cast lava slide.

 

I watched some other genes in the OD2 and for some reason or maybe it's just me, their homunculus prioritize casting aoe skills rather than attacking by melee on the other ones.

The homunculus AI has no way to detect whether or not lava slide is still up. 

 

It just treats it as having a duration of 5 seconds (you can shorten this, if you want, by modifying H_SkillInfo.lua - it's the last option on the line for lavaslide.

 

There was, in previous versions of AzzyAI, the option to set LavaSlideMode to ASAP, which would actually drop a target to recast slide, but this was found to cause AI hangs in adverse movement conditions when it couldn't get into a valid location to use slide from, and, being unable to adequately resolve the issue, I removed the option.
