hey guys im having problem with my homunculus AI . ive already follwo the instructions here

install it correctly .

type /hoai in game and it says

"homunculus has been customized"

 

but when i look for the settings

there is no valnilmirth in the settings

thats why i just think thats the problem

why my pet is not using skill

"very generic answer ffom me"

 

well i didnt know alot of things in this progamming

thats why i really need some help

ahm one thing i notive when i was playing about a minute ago .

im in high orc at aldebaran

when some "aggresive" monsters try to go for me

my homunculus will attack him first with his skill

but it only happen once . and he will do normal attack to the rest of that monster HP

 

what config should i re-do ?

 

btw ' i just want to make my vanilmirth to use his skill

There is not supposed to be a vani option there - That option is ignored for all vani-type homun.

 

It is only used for a Homun S that used to be something that is NOT a vani. In that case, the AI can't detect what it's base homun type is, and so you need to tell it. 

 

If you're not homun S, or your homun is/was a vani, you can ignore that option entirely.

 

 

On default settings, the homun will attack stuff, and will use skill. Note that Caprice has a several second long re-use delay.  If it's not doing this, I need a lot more detail about what you've done. If you've changed a bunch of settings already, please reinstall to get back to default settings. The default settings will do what you asked for. 

 

 

Please post the contents of AAIStartH.txt in your RO folder. Make sure the modified date on the file matches the last time your summoned your homun - that file is updated every time the AI is loaded, so if that file isn't being created, the AI is installed incorrectly.

I have same problem. I use vanilmirth, he doesnt use skill on default settings.

Edit: nvm, seems to be connected with his low mana level

Ya new vani will often get caprice before the max sp needed to use it.

Yes. When AzzyAI loads, the first thing it does is write that file. If that file is there, AzzyAI is not even starting to load. Have you read http://drazzy.com/ro/ai/faq.shtml ?
