Just used the mesmerist to reset my GX and I've lost 2 skill point from the assassin cross tree.

Counted twice and cross checked it against the Himeyasha skill planner and I'm 2 skill points down (no it didn't get put into the thief tree and yes i job changed at 70)

I've attached screenshots,

Please advise.

impossible to compare unless you had a before shot of your skills. best for you to raise a support ticket as no one here would be able to assist with your issue.

Remember, you don't get a skill point for job 1 of any class, so the max you can have are 49 first class points, 69 second class points, and 49 third class points.

I am aware of this, I had 49 points in the thief tree, 67 in the assassin cross tree and 49 points remaining for the GX tree (RO has a feature so that points cannot be placed in the next tree without using all the points from the previous tree, I used this to confirm i was spending the right number of points as a triple check(yes I am that paranoid))

I've submitted a ticket as Necrohealiac suggested, now we play the waiting game.

I have this same problem:  2fc5b9dda51b69729cd0dca8a774e997.png

I reset my stalker with the recent event, and got intimidate+ preserve immediately. Since it uses up 35 skill points, I should have 34 left for a total of 69; however, you can see I only have 24 skill points left.

Is there a fix for this?

Oddly enough, neither my Sura nor my Sorcerer have had this problem; it's only the stalker.

It's been a long time since I changed him, but yeah I usually take all my first-classes to 50 before jobchanging. I did it for my assassin and my blacksmith, so there's absolutely no reason I wouldn't have done it for my stalker. I think the GMs can check character history for that, though?

raise a support ticket if you haven't done so already.

I did, though will it slow it down if I wasn't logged into my account to do it? I can still pull it up when I do log in (using the support number, and with my WP e-mail), but I was just wondering.

you being on your account wouldn't have anything to do with response time.  it being the weekend however, may affect it.  if you're on when the GM is looking at your ticket at most you might get pm'd to log off for a moment while he takes a look at the char.
