hi my friend make an account today

he want to access forum to post but seems cannot to sign in with his account in forum?

i try his account at my laptop also cannot

You need to log in with your warpportal account (the one you use to buy kafra points and stuff), not your game account (the one you use to log into the game).

Assuming he's trying the right account, what error does he get?

well he login using his warpportal email,

it can be login at warpportal main website but cannot log in forum,

it stated wrong password/username

your friend should just raise a support ticket in this case; he should still have no trouble reading the forums in the meantime. he just won't be able to post.
