I completed the Santa Outfit and wear it on avatar tab so I can have the Rudolph Set but Santa Claus just gave me the Rudolph Gloves and Boots, he is not giving the Vest and Cap to me though I have enough quantity of Elifedora and Snow Crystal.

 

Please see attached image below.

As you can see in the image above, I've got the Rudolph Gloves and Boots.

 

 

After that, below is the remaining Snow Crystal and Elifedora I have

Now I tried to get the Cap and Vest from Santa Claus

when I selected those options, below was the result.

Also, I've got the Christmas Wreath back item but when I tried to get the Snow Flakes back item, same results, Santa is not giving it though I have sufficient Elifedora and Snow Crystal.

 

 

Same goes with Recreational Items, I only got the Jingle Bell but Santa is refusing again to give either Festive Candy Cane, Snowman Toy and Wishing Star.

 

 

Wtf... Santa is bad :( very bad LMAO

 

 

P.S

 

I closed my ROSE Client, restart pc, open ROSE, check all, hit Start, tried to log-in again, spoke to Santa Claus, same scenario, bad bad bad

Do you have more than one stack of Snow Crystals? If you do, get rid of the partial stack. This should fix your problem

Pamela, your suggestion worked effectively when I tried it. But I guess, it was a bug after all, anyway thank you so much for your help :)

Glad to hear you were able to turn in the items.  We are aware of the issue with quest turn-ins not recognizing that you have multiple stacks of the same item, however it just hasn't been a high priority to fix as it affects only a handful of quests.
