Last time when I tried to purchase WP points through the credit card option, I accidentally typed my card number wrong (lol one number was typed incorrectly). So I'm guessing WP couldn't verify my account last time so now I just recently typed in the correct information. Since it correct this time, I'll have to wait 24 hours for my account to be verified and the payment WILL go through this time (after it's verified)? Or if I typed the wrong information the first time, my account is under suspicious activity and won't verify my account even if I type in the right information???

sadly billing and payment subjects are out of our hands here at the forums.

I would recommend to contact our support team by submitting a ticket in such cases.

 

Please choose "6. Payment support" at the department selection.

You should get an individual answer from our support staff within 48 hrs.
