We all know, and most hate the lock on acquire and bound on equip update, I have a suggestion, and I want people's opinions on it. Flaming comments will be removed, of course.

 

How about instead of lock on acquire, we have bound on acquire?

 

All this lock on acquire is quite annoying in my opinion, and yes, before you start, I know there was a HUGE amount of time to prepare for the lock/bound update, but there are still too many players trying to send tickets to get their items on the proper characters.

 

I personally don't have anything I need on another character, but I've had dozens of people complain about it daily, so I wanted to make this suggestion.

I don't agree. While yes in the current state it's proving to give veteran players an unfair advantage in pvp, in the long run after future gear releases and updates it will serve it's intended purpose. Backpedaling on the implementation now will only cause more frustrations in the future when it was intended. Locks are meant for very specific items. Those items being ones that are deemed so powerful, that you need to earn them on each character. Removing the lock will immediately remove the entire purpose. Bound is meant to encourage a slight increase in effort. Locks are meant to instill long term dedication, and they're proving to be working in that regard.

i agree in one side but in other i disagree, well is gd for pass some items from others chars n etc, but since feuer said for make more challenge maybe lock is better than bound (i do agree with that soo i can get back to farm in my cleric only >:D mwhhahaha. jking o.o) but the disadvantage is, if someone get scam, they can steal the set wile in lock they cant even scam is less % in this game even would be bad to that player u_u

I agree to make the current end-game PVP and PVM sets to be bound on acquire and then make a new set in which it will be the set to be locked on acquire.

Same thoughts here.. i agree with this.. i would just like to add some few suggestions though, i think it would be good to give these PVP sets a little nerf while being bound on acquire while the devs develop NEW Sets which will be the lock on acquire sets.
