it drops the resale value i think. but go for it if you want! short cast ME is always nice.

Probably not worth it, unless you already have several other decked out core characters for whatever endgame purposes you have (MVP, WoE, etc.).

If I could I would prefer a Mistress Card in the Shrine Maiden Hat, no bgem cost for ME's.

That's just a really really huge waste. You should put Mistress in a BFG instead of a hat that's limited to one class with a really cheap catalyst.
