My condor normal+ card disappeared when I changed cards this week. 1 hours ago that card came back to my card slot but another card vanished, I checked just now I found my cards got changed again. That condor card normal+ disappeared again. I really dont know what happened.

it happened to me also. yesterday i lost all my osi cards and mummy cards. i filed a ticket and yet no reply WEW damn!

It must somehow be connected with the "stacking" bug that they are talking about. Or is it another BUG?!?!?

Since you probably didn't read the thread about missing cards, let me quote my reply regarding this issue since I experienced the same bug before.

 

Not sure if you guys did the same thing I did a couple of weeks ago. But this is the cause of this bug:
"Players lose equipped cards if they replace a card on top of it. They used to go to their bags, now they are deleted."
 
I sent a ticket and this is the reply I got which worked and I was able to recover the last requiem card I lost:
 
"We're very sorry about the inconvenience this issue may have caused you. Please be informed that the development team are currently aware of this issue and doing their best effort to fix it as soon as possible. For the meantime, kindly perform this procedure to have a temporary solution:
1) Log in your account and proceed to the character in question.
2) Unequip all your cards and leave the slot empty. 
3) Re-log your account.
4) Check your card slot. The missing card should show up in there.

(Note: Please repeat the procedure until you locate your previous equip cards.)

Please be advised to avoid equipping any card if your card slot is full to avoid this instance in the future."
 
Hope this helps recover your missing cards.

what exactly you did? i reloged many times my cards are unequiped.

I logged off whole night then that card came back to the empty slot.

I restarted the game about 10 times, made sure all cards were unequipped. I was only able to recover 1 card. I lost the other 2. I just gave up after the 10th try. I think it's because those other 2 cards were lost a few days ago while that 1 card that I recovered disappeared just a day before I unequipped my cards to fix this bug.

No, I only got 1 out of 3 missing I could have kept restarting the game with unequipped cards but don't have enough patience for it xD

you logout or you actually quit the game and restart it?

The instruction from my ticket's reply said "Relog your account" so I hit ESC > Logout and logged back in multiple times.

snake, what u need to do is remove all ur current cards from ur card slots, and relog. If its not back yet when u done relogging then just be patient and wait. Try it again after 1 day or two, It takes time but trust me It will eventually come back!

It happened to me long ago and thats how I obtained all of the missing cards back.

 

And oh yeah solidsnake whoever you are. ppl keep asking me if I am solidsnake in the forum, somehow our picture pose alike with that white knuck )
