FoC sets sucks really, they should be the best sets for pvp!
My suggestion is to give them PvP Stats (% attack/defense only in pvp) and make them "Potens" version, already +30!
Increase their price x5, they cost already much but if they are going to be permanent pvp sets, ppl must farm them hard, also make them PvP Bound, like strongest gears, u can use them only in pvp.
Doing this will make pvp players happy and they will use foc and pve players use the normal pve armor...who like the idea?
