how do i make money as a bard.

 

am i allowed to sell items even?

 

im a level 99 and im flat broke, it sucks. and i need a reset stone.

bards cant vend, they can deal so you can go eden and afk chat open for sale stuff

 

bards are crap to make money with, you'd do well to consider making other chars e.g. genetic or ranger

In RO, *EVERYONE* has multiple characters. Storage is shared between characters on the account. 

 

At the very least, you need a merchant for vending stuff, because as you've noticed, other classes can't open shops. A level 20-30 merchant is fine for this. Just rush to vend level 10 and leave it, or get discount and overcharge to save+make money buying from / selling to npc. Whenever you're not playing your char, you should be vending (as long as you've got something to sell). 

 

Did you get to 99 with janeway? (Hmm, did we think that through entirely? We make it easy for new players to get started with janeway, but ofc new players won't be vip, and janeway won't get them the z for the reset stone to change). Does she give you eden merit badges, or not? (if she does, you can turn a pile of them of them in for a reset stone in eden group)

you do not get eden merit badges for completing janeway, but honestly it's much easier to farm at 99 than at the low levels anyway so new players can get funds faster than if they were starting out as a 1/1 novice. having janeway provide cash and embs isn't a good idea.

1st thing with lv99 Bard is to rebirth, not to change to Maestro.

You need either 1,258,000zeny or real cash for VIP account.

 

Marionette Control is skill that you may need in the future. Arrow Vulcan is good skill to leveling alone. Both skills are available if you rebirth (transcending).

 

I suggest that you should have multiple accounts that you can play this game with dual account. One Warpportal account allows you to have 3 game accounts that means 9 characters for non-VIP and 27 character for VIP.

Another thing is everybody loves strings .. So do tis, collect 8 badges and change them into a reset stone.

Also if you've just started olaying iRO you might want to read up more than you play .. Other than here you should check irowiki.org. And maybe divine-pride.net. These sites give good info. Also ragial.com. It has a but section . So if you have items people are buying. See that it's not too under bought. You put those items in your inventory and go to the buy shop and just drop it off there taking their zeny.
You could also do mora quest at 99. I can help you through the whole thing with this if you play from 4am-10am server time. It allows access to mora. You can turn in simole items for two coins daily. In 5 days you will have 10 coins. Which can be turned to mora gear. Suggest getting white wing suits and vending them for 3-3.5m every 5 days. This way a level 99 any class char can make around 18-21m every month through mora.

There are other ways to make money. You should check tofus guide .. It's somewhere in the forums. I'm on the phone right now so I can't really link you to it. But it's pinned so it should be easy to find ..

Also it's highly recommended you make a merchant with janeway in right now.

And a alchemist .

These are all very useful farming end game chars.
But if you just want to stick with your bard at least make a merchant to vend your goods

Also on one warpportal account you could have 3 RO accounts.
So I suggest you make the merchant on another account so you could vend and play simultaneously ..
