30/30 ground petite complete but this board quest only response is "need to wait 3hr to accept the same quest etc.."

Same problem with the 91-99 board for Siromas, Stapos, or Roweens. Can't turn them in. 

 

EDIT: Resolved. After some time (less than 3 hours) I talked to gramps, and the timers were reset allowing me to turn in the quests. Woot.

you might want to raise a support ticket flagging this. the level 2 eden boards give you a 3 hr cd timer immediately when you choose the "select all" option (and honestly, who wouldn't, as it sure beats having to selecting 17 quests individually). it is supposed to actually give you the 3 hr cd AFTER you turn in the quests, not right at the start. basically right now you are being penalized with 2 3 hr cds when you go the select all route.

Bumping this. I'm experiencing it as well, it's giving me the timer BEFORE I turn in the quests.

 

I hope we actually get an official response on this :/

This happened to me once, btw, and since then has been working normally. It took about 30-45 minutes for said effects to take place. Just a heads up, it may not take you 3 hours to be able to turn it in.

you'll need to ticket it in for this to be resolved; it's not often that you get an official response to anything posted in the tech support forums. usually it's the community helping out with any issues that aren't in-game related.
