So, I edited an image of a skill with photoshop, is JPEG, why I can't post it on forum?

You have to upload it on some website of sharing images, and then link it on the forum

Use photobucket, make an acct, then upload the image to your photobucket acct and over on the right side it will give you 4 urls, click on the one that says "direct" and it will copy the link to your clipboard.  In the forum icons you can see there is an "Image" button, click it and it asks for a url, hit crtl+v to paste the url from photobucket and post.  When you make a photobucket acct though make sure to set on "private" unless you want random people seeing the stuff you upload..lol.
