Well i went to clean my chars due toons of items and i check 2 of mine (champ and artisan), wen i check the hirias tear quest item, i tryed to sell it ... UNABLE TO SELL, checked in my artisan, UNABLE TO SELL Q-Q

this hirias is trolling meeee, i have 5 hirias tear quest item(6 atually but im lvl 206 in my champ) in my champ and 35 in my artisan D:, that item is like causing me troubles due slots :C from 30 slots in consume i just have nw 29 cuz that freaking item D: y no one told me than that would happen :C? sudendly from char lock but still can sell to unable to sell (ik it was long long patchs ago) .... wat should i do .-.?

You will have to submit a ticket and ask Customer Support to remove the extra Dusty Desert Jewel items from your character.

 

Quest items aren't intended to be removed through normal in-game means (dropping, trading, selling to NPC, etc) as they are required for the quest to function correctly.  Since the conditions to get Desert Dusty Jewel has been corrected so you can no longer receive more than one per character, any characters that received multiple will have to submit a ticket to have the extra ones removed.

btw genesis what kind of ticket i should do? (department) o- o, cuz i never did a ticket like this one and idk wich one should i chose, only ticket i did was by bug u-u
